CNC Press Brake (350 TOn)

About CNC Press Brake

The CNC press brake uses a electro-hydraulic system to control the cylinder synchronization. It features high precision synchronization, high bending accuracy, and high repeat positioning accuracy.

Types of Dies:

The press brake can be used for many different forming jobs with the right die design.

  • V-Dies - most common
  • Rotary Bending Dies - cylindrical shape with 88-degree V-notch cut on axis
  • 90 Degree Dies - used for most bottoming operations
  • Acute Angle Dies - "air-bending" used to produce acute, 90-degree, and obtuse angles
  • Gooseneck Dies - "return-flanging"
  • Offset Dies - "Z shape"
  • Hemming Dies - two stage dies combining an acute angle
  • Seaming Dies - seams in sheets and tubes
  • Radius Dies - a radiused bend
  • Bending Dies - "stopped rib" feature that stiffens the resulting part
  • Curling Dies - curled or coiled edge on the sheet
  • Tube/Pipe Forming Dies - roll up or curling
  • Four-way Die Block - block that may have a V machined into four sides
  • Channel-Forming Dies - a punch pressed into a die to form two angles at the bottom of the sheet
  • U-Blend Dies - similar to channel forming, but with rounded bottom
  • Box-Forming Dies - simple angle bends on each side
  • Corrugating Dies - wavy surface
  • Multiple-Bend Dies - shape forming several bends on a single stroke of the press
  • Rocker-Type Dies - rocker insert allowing side-to-side motion
